Perform verification of features, execute testing rounds, review bug priority and post bugs to system.
Write test cases / test check-list / test view-point
Collaborate with team and provide support for teammate to get work done.
Sync up work status in daily standup, provide effort estimation in Sprint Planning, demo in Sprint Review, and provide feedbacks for continuous improvement in Sprint Retrospective. (15% minimum)
Collaborate with stakeholders & work closely with CS team, OPS team, Marketing teams to support / reproduce / log reported issues.
Write automation test scripts & maintain API & UI automation test suite.
Prepare & send test report
Execute test plan, and maintain test suites.
Perform test case review to maintain high test coverage & minimize bug leakages.
Define test strategy for the products and test plans for each releases.
Resolve QA-related problems, and develop plans to optimize QA team performance.
Lead, mentor and provide technical guidance to QA team.
Check-in with team members in 1-on-1 meeting regularly to provide guidance, career growth roadmap and feedbacks.
Coordinate all stages of software release life cycles and provide timely release status report.
